Measure without a ring

1. Take a thread or paper to wrap it around the finger at its base(White) and mark a point where it completes one circle.

2. Wrap another thread in middle of the finger(Blue) and mark a point where it completes one circle.

3. Measure the length of both threads on a ruler.

4. If the length of the blue line is bigger than the white line, you should calculate your ring size average size.

5. Find your ring size with “ Ring Size Table ”.

Remark：Before sleep time is the best time to measure the size of a finger, because the finger will be swelling.

Measure with a ring

1. Measure the inside diameter of the ring with a ruler.

2. Find your ring size with “ Ring Size Table ”.

无戒指测量

1. 纸条以贴合手指根部为宜(白色)，并于纸条交汇处做标记。

2. 再取另一纸条（蓝色）环绕指关节处，并标记。

3. 将两纸条平铺拉直，分别测量标记长度。

4. 如果蓝线的长度比白线做大，您应该计算戒指尺寸平均大小。为佩戴更舒适

5. 在“戒指尺寸表”找您的戒指尺寸。

注意 ：入睡前是量度手指尺寸的最佳时间，手指会最肿胀。
